 John Corden - After a successful twenty year career in the corporate world and founding a venture capital funded start-up, I decided that what I really wanted to do was to help others. Specifically, my passion is to help families improve their financial situation through the implementation of mortgage planning and wealth building strategies. There are a multitude of different loan programs available to consumers; my job is to insure that you choose the program that best suits your family’s overall financial needs and goals. I’m not here to “sell” you a loan, but to provide you with the information necessary to make an informed decision. My belief is an educated client is the best client! In my free time, I enjoy spending summers sailing on the bay and winters as a volunteer ski instructor at the Tahoe Adaptive Ski School teaching people with mental and/or physical challenges.
